Hydration Pack Drink Tube Non Insulated Hose Sleeve

Protect your lifeline to hydration with our Non Insulated Drink Tube Sleeve. Engineered for those who demand more from their gear, this sleeve provides a rugged, protective barrier over your hydration water bladder drink tube.

Whether you are navigating thick brush or kitting out your tactical gear, this cover ensures your bare or insulated drink tube stays shielded from the environment while matching your aesthetic.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Durable: Shields your drink tube from thorns, rocks, and gear snags to prevent leaks and extend equipment life.
  • Fast Setup: Simple slip-over design installs in seconds over bare or insulated drink tubes.
  • Premium Material: High-density DWR/IR US sourced fabric.
  • IR Compliant: Military patterns are IR signature compliant for use with night vision goggles.
  • Material: Heavy-duty, weather-resistant fabric
  • Length: 36" and 43" (Standard), cannot be trimmed for a custom fit (SEE Custom Size Tab)
  • Compatibility: Fits over bare or insulated drink tubes
  • Weight: Ultra-lightweight

Not Insulated: These sleeves provide abrasion, snag and UV protection, not thermal insulation. For protection against freezing or heat, layer this over our Insulated Drink Tube Cover to get both.

Installing your tube cover sleeve takes just seconds:
  1. Disconnect your drink tube from the water bladder.
  2. Slide the cover over the tube from the base connector end.
  3. Work the cover along the tube until it’s fully positioned.
  4. Reconnect the tube to your bladder, ready to go.

Most hydration drink tubes come in standard 36" and 43" lengths.

However, some bladders feature a mid-tube "Quick Connect" point, resulting in a much shorter tube length. Please note that because of the specialized seam stitching, these drink tube sleeves cannot be cut, or the material will unravel.

To ensure a perfect fit for non-standard drink tubes, we offer Custom Drink Tube Sleeves here.

FAQ

How do I get the sleeve over the larger style base connector or bite valve?

This is the most common frustration. Most hydration tubes have a small base connector but others have a large base connectors that won't allow the sleeve to slide over.

  • The Fix: You usually have to remove the bite valve or base connector entirely, slide the sleeve onto the bare or insulated tube, and then reattach the valve.
  • Pro Tip: Soaking the end of the tube in hot water for a minute makes it much easier to pull the valve off and push it back on.
Does the non insulated drink tube cover actually prevent freezing or cool in hot weather?

The short answer: No. It buys you time. If you don't already have an insulated tube cover, it's best to add one to your set up. Both covers together give the best protection.
