Is the bladder included?

No. You are buying the neoprene insulator only. The bladder is not included.

What is the Mil Spec style?

The 100oz comes in two styles. The Mil Spec style has the base connector on the opposite side.

How fast will my order ship?

Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days. We usually make them the day your order comes in.

How well does it insulate?

It helps keep water cooler in heat and delays freezing in cold for an average of 5 hours. It buys you time, but it is not a heater.

Does insulation prevent freezing in sub-zero temperatures?

It slows freezing but cannot stop it in extreme cold.

How do I clean and care for it?

Hand wash and hang to air dry. Do not put it in a washing machine or dryer.

My bladder insulator has an odor. How do I get rid of it?

The smell comes from the neoprene itself, not your bladder. The neoprene lamination is sealed before it is cut and sewn, and it needs time to air out. Turn the insulator inside out and let it air dry for 1 to 2 days.
