Not Insulated: These sleeves provide abrasion, snag and UV protection, not thermal insulation. For protection against freezing or heat, layer this over our Insulated Drink Tube Cover to get both.

Installing your tube cover sleeve takes just seconds:
  1. Disconnect your drink tube from the water bladder.
  2. Slide the cover over the tube from the base connector end.
  3. Work the cover along the tube until it’s fully positioned.
  4. Reconnect the tube to your bladder — ready to go.

For the best fit, measure individual sections of your drink tube between connection points.

Because of the specialized seam stitching, these sleeves cannot be cut, or the material will unravel.

FAQ

How do I get the sleeve over the larger style base connector or bite valve?

This is the most common frustration. Most hydration tubes have a small base connector but others have a large base connectors that won't allow the sleeve to slide over.

  • The Fix: You usually have to remove the bite valve or base connector entirely, slide the sleeve onto the bare or insulated tube, and then reattach the valve.
  • Pro Tip: Soaking the end of the tube in hot water for a minute makes it much easier to pull the valve off and push it back on.
Does the non insulated drink tube cover actually prevent freezing or cool in hot weather?

The short answer: No. It buys you time. If you don't already have an insulated tube cover, it's best to add one to your set up. Both covers together give the best protection.
